Dr. Conrad Murray Sentencing – FAIR?

I was recently asked in a radio interview if I thought Dr. Conrad Murray received a fair sentence in causing the death of singer Michael Jackson. I think it could have been a lot worse for him and am sure Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor would have given him more time if the law allowed it. Dr. Murray will wind up serving no longer than two years out of the four-year prison sentence he received. Dr. Murray was truly at fault for Michael Jackson’s death. He should have been monitoring Jackson while he was administering the sleep drug …

When God Goes to Prison

A guard watches as inmates prepare for a work detail at the minimum-security facility known as the Carol Vance Unit.
